#### How do I make a dining reservation? We work with OpenTable to make dine-in reservations, feel free to browse our locations and click 'Book a Table' to make your reservation. #### How do I make a table/bottle service reservation? Many of our late night venues happily accommodate table service bookings, feel free to email them directly and reserve or click on a 'Table Service' button where available. #### How do I make a Guest List reservation? Many of our late night venues happily accommodate guest list reservations which gives priority access for yourself and your party. Feel free to email the location directly or click on a 'Join Guest List' button where available. #### What does a Guest List reservation get me? Guests who make a guest list reservation ahead of time earn priority access to the venue and depending on the location, can sometimes also earn complimentary cover.

Private Events & Bookings

#### What drink options do you provide for event bookings? For private and event bookings we offer a variety of drink options including: drink tickets, cash bar, limited host bar, or open bar. If you are unsure, ask your events manager what the best option for your group. #### Do you have any additional photos of the venue? Please click on our locations page to see photos, 360 views, venue highlights & more! #### Can I decorate the space? Clients are welcome to bring in décor and rentals that don’t affix to the walls, floors and ceilings. The use of sparklers, candles and confetti are not permitted inside the venue. Rentals such as pipe and drape, tables, linens, etc. will be the responsibility of the client to set-up and remove at the end of the event. All décor and rentals must be removed at the end of the event. Next day pick up can be arranged at an additional charge and will be subject to other events. #### Can my group participate in Happy Hour? Unfortunately, Happy Hour features are exempt from private bookings. #### Can I bring my own food to the venue? Due to food and safety guidelines, no food outside of Freehouse Collective can be served at the event with the exception of cake. Please talk to your events manager for more information regarding our catering menu and off-site catering services. #### Can I settle my bill the night of the event? Can my final bill be invoiced? Yes, all payments are expected to be settled at the night of your event. A credit card is required for all large & event bookings. If you would like to use the card information to collect payment next day, please inform the Events Manager prior to your event. *Restrictions apply Freehouse Collective reserves the right to collect any unpaid charges for services provided, guarantees or minimums with the credit card on file. #### Do you offer fundraiser packages for special events? Please connect with your events manager for fundraiser options/packages. #### Do you offer set menu options? We offer a range in food options including: canapes, party starters, buffet stations, salad bowls, hot stations, dessert bars , and set menus. Restrictions may apply, venue dependant Please communicate your preferred option with your events manager Click here to view our catering menu #### Do you have any venues suitable for a formal sit-down dinner? With each venue being so unique from the next, not every space is ideal for a sit-down dinner. Please ask your events manager for the best option for your group. #### Can I place a hold on a date? Not quite sure about it? No problem. We can place a soft hold on the date you are interested in if you need more time to get your affairs in order. If someone else were to be interested in the same date, your Events Manager will reach out to you for confirmation by having a signed agreement along with a credit card on file within 24 hours, otherwise your hold will be released. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you get a written confirmation from your Events Manager #### Can you help me organize a DJ for my event? Absolutely, we’d be happy to organize a DJ or live music for your event (venue dependent). *Additional fees may apply. #### Do you have TVs and/or projectors at your venues? Please ask your events manager for venues that support AV requirements. To guarantee Audio Visual requirements, requests are to be made no less than 10 days prior to the event. Any media use of the TV’s and/or projector for presentations should be tested 48 hours in advance. It is the clients responsibility to ensure a test has been arranged through the Events Manager. #### Contract Adjustments due to the Covid-19 Pandemic: Due to the nature of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and its changing effect on the event industry, Free House Collective agrees to allow contract changes and revisions, at their (the Events Manager) discretion. Reasons for changes in agreed upon contract include: decreased allowance of guest numbers, venue restrictions, and Provincially mandated changes. These reasons are to be based solely on Provincial restrictions and guidelines, and not client preference. #### What type of events do you host at your venues? All sorts. Some examples include: corporate, birthdays, weddings, engagements, wrap parties, social gatherings, media related, sporting, fundraisers, cocktail parties, staff events, mix & mingles, holiday parties, bachelor and bachelorettes, and after-parties. #### What does the minimum spend include? Your minimum spend requirement includes all food & beverage costs. #### What happens if I do not meet my minimum spend? If the minimum spend is not met (prior to tax & gratuity) a room charge will be added to your final bill to make up the difference. #### Do you offer venue bookings for filming? Absolutely, there is a room charge for film bookings in addition to a liaison fee. Please connect with our events manager on venue availability and further details. #### What is your cancellation policy? There is no charge for cancellations made in writing 15 days or more prior the event date. A 50% of minimum spend cancellation fee for those made within 15 days of the event date will be processed. Reserved areas are held for 30 minutes from the time of confirmed arrival, after which the party is considered a ‘no-show’ and the reservation is forfeited. Please contact your events manager directly to make any changes to your booking Any advanced deposits received to confirm an event booking or for pre-arranged items are non-refundable after the grace period.

We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthdate, phone number, postal dode, and email address. #### Are there any costs or fees to be a member? There are no costs. #### How can I see my points and rewards balance? Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your [wallet here](https://my.spendgo.com/index.html#/signIn/thecollectiverewards). Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account. #### How can I change the email or phone number tied to my account? You can log into your account here and update your profile at any time. #### How do I change my account password? You can change your password anytime by following these steps: * Log into your [account here](https://my.spendgo.com/index.html#/signIn/thecollectiverewards) * Click the drop down button on the top right side of the screen * Select My Account * Enter your new password in the password field * Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen #### How do I close my account? Keep in mind the account closure process can take up to 48 hours. #### I forgot my username and password, what now? Your username is the email address or phone number used to sign up for the account If you forgot the email address or phone number tied to your account, contact our customer service team at [support@spendgo.com](mailto:support@spendgo.com) If you forgot your password, go to the account [log-in page here](https://my.spendgo.com/index.html#/signIn/thecollectiverewards) and click Forgot Password #### In order to earn points and redeem rewards, do I need to opt-in to receive marketing emails? You do not. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem rewards at participating locations. #### How do points work? You earn five points for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount. Ie. Spend between $1.00 - $1.99 and receive 5 points. #### How do I earn points? Pay your bill in any of our locations using the pay-at-the-table function when logged in and you will automatically earn points. In service locations such as Plain Jane Skinbar and Barber & Co where there is no pay-at-the-table, a host will load your points for you through your phone number. #### What is not included in earning points? You earn one point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases which excludes third-party delivery, coupons, discounts, gratuity, taxes and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points however gift cards used as tender do qualify to earn points. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account. #### Can I still get points for my purchase if I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout? Yes, please speak to a manager with a copy of your receipt. #### How can I use my points? Your points can be redeemed as dollars off a bill at all of our hospitality locations when checking out via pay-at-the-table. A rewards pop-up will display available offers. At service locations such as Plain Jane Skinbar and Barber & Co a host will let you know if you have offers available to be redeemed. #### Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? There is no limit. #### Can I redeem multiple rewards on the same transaction? You can only redeem one offer or reward per transaction. #### Does the $5 reward cover tax? The $5 reward does not cover tax. #### How am I notified I have earned a $5 Reward? If you have registered your account online, the pay-at-the-table checkout will prompt you when an offer or reward is available. You will also receive a message letting you know of any unlocked offers or rewards. If your account has not been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned offers or rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register. #### How do I redeem the $5 Welcome Reward? Register your account here to unlock offers and rewards Enter your phone number at checkout in-store, and if a reward is available, the pay-at-the-table checkout will prompt you to redeem it.
